Welcome to my site. I have chosen to use this site as a means of sharing my knowledge and skill that I have gained from my 30 years experience working in the Architectural profession. I am an Architectural Draftsman and spent the first 5 years working for an Architectural firm in Tamworth, NSW. I spent the next 20 years working under contract within the profession for firms, corporations as well as within my own business on a wide and varied range of projects.

In recent years I have by choice concentrated on designing individual houses for clients. I find it very satisfying to catch up with the people I have designed a house for after they have been living in it for a while and find they are delighted with their home. That is where I get my work satisfaction from….HELPING PEOPLE. Like any job we do it’s the encouragement we get back that keeps us going.
I have been pondering about setting up this site now for a few years but the thought of the time involved in doing so has overwhelmed me. I have had discussions with people over the last couple of years who have built new houses about the availability of House Designs that offer something different. Generally people are tired of the same old designs being offered up by the Project Home industry. Rarely do people find a design that offers something different from the house next door or from the house around the corner.
Where to from here….Initially I intend to provide some designs that I have had stashed away.
I am also in the design development stage of the first series of house designs that will be available soon.The plans will be available to purchase at acceptable rates compared to getting an Architect designed house of the same caliber. My aim is to provide multiple versions of each house design to suit peoples varying requirements.
The advantage I offer is this …. because the house designs are already documented the turn around time to getting the plans/documentation to you is quick. It is also painless in comparison to sitting down with a Designer or Architect
If there is a design you like but it doesn’t suit your requirements or land size feel welcome to send me an email and we can discuss the possibilities of altering the plans to suit.
The ‘first lot’ of plans ….The ones I have had stashed away….are hand drawn so unfortunately I have no 3D images available of the houses. Future designs will be done on the ‘Revit Architecture’ software program which will enable me to provide 3D images.
All I can ask at this stage is to keep posted and tell your family, friends and acquaintances about my site.
